MS1A31 - Safety Modules

SMP2 - Safety magnetic sensors – 88mm width
Safety magnetic sensors by Comepi represent the best solution in safety gates control for every application, mainly in environment with strong presence of dust and dirtyness. Available in two different sizes, with cable or connector and equipped with three different contacts configurations. The use of our safety magnetic sensors si particularry indicated for use with safety modules MSA31 series, in order to reach safety performances up to SIL3 and PLe.

FEP - Electromagnetic safety device with separated actuator
Electromagnetic safety device with separated actuator, FEP series, represents always a reliable and actual solution in applications where a dangerous situation can last after the emergency stop signal generation. This electromagnetic safety switch is controlled by a solenoid, which is able to block the actuator and act as safety interlock, in order to prevent the access to the protected area up to the persistence of the dangerous situation.
SM, SBM, SDM, SCM - Safety limit switches with rope
The safety limit switches with rope and manual reset, represents the best solution to make available the emergency stop along all the production line perimeter. Available in various sizes, head orientation and contacts configuration. One switch is able to guarantee the safety of the perimeter for lenghts up to 25 meters, thanks also to accessories like stay bolts, rope clamps, fixing clamps, springs and rope eyes. The manual reset device makes the safety limit switches with rope by COMEPI, suitable for the emergency stop, according to the standards in force

The safety limit switches with separated actuator represent the most simple and economical solution in order to ensure the monitoring of safety gates, according to the standards in force. Available in different sizes and body material (thermoplastic or metal casing) and configurable with several contact versions.
SPH - Safety hinges
Designed to guarantee the monitoring of safety gates in a solid and functional way, the safety hinge by COMEPI is able to merge the rotational mechanical part and the electrical part related to the block signal generation. Available in two contacts configurations (2NO + 2NC or 1NO + 3NC) and connection with cable or M12 connector. The safety hinge by COMEPI is difficoult to circumvent and useful in wet and dirty environments. Furthermore, the plastic casing makes the safety hinges by COMEPI particularly suitable in food industry applications.
SP, SM, SDP, SDM - Hinge mounting safety limit switches
The hinge mounting safety switches by COMEPI represent a more classic alternative compared to the SPH safety hinges. Available in different sizes and with plastic or metal body. They are also configurable with several contact blocks versions.
